Terms of Service

By using The AP Complex website, booking a trial, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms. The AP Complex is a registered business name of Athletic Clinic Inc. ("APC," "we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Memberships grant access to the facility and included services for the term you select, as described on our memberships page. Class availability is subject to schedule and capacity. We may update schedules, pricing, and offerings from time to time.

Membership fees are billed in Canadian dollars plus applicable taxes. Payments are processed through our third-party platform. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our cancellation policy.

You can cancel or pause your membership with seven (7) days' notice. Longer-term plans include a freeze option. Ontario's Consumer Protection Act provides additional cooling-off rights for certain fitness contracts — contact us for details.

Training involves inherent physical risk. You confirm you are medically fit to participate and accept responsibility for any injury or loss. Follow staff instructions, use equipment safely, and inform staff of any health concerns. APC is not liable for injury or loss beyond what Ontario law allows.

We expect respect for staff, members, and equipment. APC may revoke access without refund for conduct that is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive.

All site content, branding, and materials are owned by APC or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
